At Andy Jewelry, all of our pieces are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. Please review the details below before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not covered under Section 2 below. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images prior to purchase, and to contact us with any questions before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we want you to receive your piece in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, or care after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation or modification, as processing typically begins shortly after purchase.
